These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bhuk website and services (“Bhuk”, “we”, “us”), operated by Bhuk, Pune, Maharashtra, India. By using Bhuk you agree to these terms.

1. What Bhuk does

Bhuk asks a few questions about your hunger, cravings, goal, diet, budget and location, and suggests dishes that may suit you. It also provides links to third-party apps such as Zomato and Swiggy so you can order or explore those dishes.

2. Recommendations only

• Suggestions are general recommendations for convenience. They are not medical, nutritional, dietary or fitness advice and are not prepared or reviewed by a doctor, dietitian or trainer.
• Calories and protein shown are approximate per-serving figures and vary by restaurant.
• If you have allergies, a medical condition or a special diet, please consult a qualified professional before relying on any suggestion.

3. Third-party apps and restaurants

Orders, payments, delivery, food quality and refunds on Zomato, Swiggy, District, Magicpin, EazyDiner, Google Maps or any restaurant are governed by those parties' own terms. Bhuk is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their services. All brand names belong to their respective owners.

4. Plans and payments

• The Free plan is available at no cost.
• Paid plans (Bhuk Plus Weekly at ₹39 per week and Bhuk Plus Monthly at ₹149 per month, or as displayed at checkout) give access to the features described on the Plans section for the period purchased.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse Bhuk, attempt to disrupt or copy the service, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Bhuk name, logo, design and content are owned by Bhuk. You may not reuse them without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Bhuk is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Bhuk or any third-party service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continued use of Bhuk means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
